Tritac Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby agree to release and save harmless TriTac Shooting Solutions, LLC, its agents, employees, officers, instructors, assigns and successors from any claim, demand or liability, arising out of any injury, loss or disability connected with the use of its facilities and services. It is the express intent of this Release and Waiver that I acknowledge that TriTac Shooting Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for any negligence or other liability and that all risks involved in connection with the use of the premises, whether known or unknown, are expressly assumed by the user.

This waiver includes, but is not limited to, harm due to the following:

Bullet ricochets and/or “splash backs.” Splash backs are bullets that hit steel or other hard surfaces and fragment back toward the firing line.
Burns or other injury caused by rejected cartridges from the shooter’s firearm.
Defective bullets or firearms that may blow up in a shooter’s face or hand, causing injury.
Negligence by another shooter.
Lead dust inhalation or other airborne materials, or high noise levels.

It is the express intent of this Release and Waiver that I acknowledge that TriTac Shooting Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for any negligence or other liability and that all risks involved in connection with the use of the premises, whether known or unknown, are expressly assumed by the user.

Observe and obey all safety rules. Unsafe shooters may kill or injure anyone at anytime.
Pregnant women are not advised to shoot or enter the range due to the possibility of injury resulting from noise exposure and lead contamination. No late pregnancy shooters will be allowed to enter the range.

Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the actions and injuries of minors in their custody.

By signing this agreement I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriTac Shooting Solutions, LLC and its agents and employees, from any liabilities, claims, demands or causes of action brought on my behalf for injuries and damages arising out of use of or presence on the premises, acts or omissions of third parties, or defects in the range facilities.

I am signing this agreement on behalf of the minor(s) identified below under the age of 18, so that the minor is able to enter or use the range. I am the legal parent or guardian.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriTac Shooting Solutions, LLC and its agents and employees from any liabilities, claims, demands or causes of action brought on my behalf or on the behalf of the minor for injuries and damages arising out of my or my minor’s use of or presence on the premises, acts or omissions of third parties, or defects in the range facilities. In addition, I understand that parents or guardians are solely responsible for the actions and injuries of minors in their custody.

Safety Video*

I have viewed and understood the safety video.

Drugs & Alcohol*

Persons who have been using alcohol or drugs will not be allowed on the range or premises.

Food & beverages*

No food, beverages or tobacco use allowed in the range.

Hearing protection*

Hearing protection and shooting (or tempered) glasses must be worn at all times while inside the firing area. A baseball-style hat is recommended to keep hot brass from bouncing into face.

Child Supervision*

Children must be supervised at all times while on premises. Children under the age of 10 will not be allowed in the firing area without permission.

Reloaded Ammo*

No reloaded, steel-core, incendiary, or metal-piercing ammunition allowed. No birdshot allowed. No ammo above 308 Winchester.(All ammo is subject to inspection by staff at any time. No collection of spent cartridges is allowed.)

Clearing Firearms*

All firearms must be clear, with the action open, except while actively firing.

Transporting Firearms*

All firearms must be clear and bagged or in a container, or holstered on the shooter’s body before entering or leaving the range. All firearms must remain cased or holstered until they are inside the booth on the firing line. Firearms should not be uncased or unbagged on the back table, and if changing lanes the shooter must put their firearms back in a case or holster before moving.

Holstering*

No holstering or drawing is allowed.

Firing Line*

No person is allowed forward of the firing line. (Contact range staff if assistance is needed.)

Capacity*

Two people are permitted in a shooting booth at a time, but only one person shooting at a time. Coaching may occur only with permission of range staff.

Aiming*

All fired rounds must impact the bullet trap area. No shooting into floor, roof, or sidewalls. No cross-lane shooting is permitted. All shots fired must be aimed. No “hip fire” is allowed.

Firearm Inspection*

All firearms are subject to inspection at any time by staff.

Firearm Malfunctions*

In case of a jam or malfunction, please leave the firearm in your booth and contact our staff for assistance.

Point Downrange*

All firearms must be pointed down range in a safe manner at all times.

After Shooting*

When leaving range, wipe feet on boot cleaner and wash hands and face with D-Lead soap in our restrooms. Use squeegee to push spent cartridges forward of the firing line before leaving.

Photo ID*

Current photo identification and signed waiver are required for use of range. All persons must first view the safety video before using range. No exceptions.

Obey All Rules*

All range rules and regulations must be applied at all times. Any violation of rules and regulations will result in expulsion from the range without refund.
